One of London’s most Instagrammable restaurants might just be the perfect place to celebrate Bastille Day in style. As part of a collab with the elderflower liqueur St-Germain, Bloomsbury’s Dalloway Terrace is bedecked in flowers for the rest of the month, serving up killer cocktails under a blooming fabulous installation. As well as a drinks menu featuring the classic St. Germain spritz and ‘Gin Lane’, (St-Germain, Hendrick’s, Viognier, agave and rose syrup), head chef Byron Moussouris is serving up seasonal summer dishes made for eating al fresco. This Saturday though, make a beeline for Bastille Day specials of buckets of moules-frites and truffle croque madame (aka the grilled cheese of royalty). A football face-off with France may be on the cards, but we can still pay tribute to the best bits of la vie française, right? See you under the fleurs.
