Thought you’d heard it all before on the immersive dining scene? Think again. Divine Proportions, a bacchanalian evening inspired by Dionysus, Greek god of pleasure and mischief, is dropping from heaven into The Vaults for a four-month run, produced by female-led party pioneers Shotgun Carousel. In other words, you’re in excellent hands. Blurring the line between feast and fantasy, expect a mythical night of cabaret featuring cultish priestesses, singing satyrs, and circus sirens. It’s a decadent exploration of pleasure, female beauty and sensuality, personal freedom, expression of gender fluidity and sexual desire. The celestial five-course Greek meets Mediterranean dinner includes pink sea bass ceviche, roast guinea fowl breast and caramelised white chocolate, coconut milk and honey ganache, while cocktails with names like ‘Ambrosia’ and ‘Midas Touch’ will be flowing alongside the feast, plus wine punch on arrival. Arrive at this raunchy, ravishing dreamscape dressed as your most bedazzled and brilliant sequinned self. Book now – the land of milk and honey awaits.
