Taking over the snazzy Thameside development of the former Battersea Power Station, this five-day celebration of all things fishy features world-famous chefs such as Vivek Singh (of Cinnamon Kitchen), Mark Hix and Anna Hansen (of Modern Pantry). Not only will these foodie game changers be curating and cooking up signature dishes (we’re angling for the Wright Brothers’ Crayfish Boil), but you can learn from the pros with masterclasses in oyster shucking, making pizzas with seawater and spicing up your seafood.
