Skye Gyngell’s acclaimed restaurant, Spring, in the New Wing of Somerset House is hosting a selection of talks from four of the industry’s starriest food writers. On every Monday this September, you can spend an afternoon with the likes of Rosie Birkett, Olia Hercules, Skype McAlpine and Kay Plunkett-Hogge as they discuss their most vibrant food memories and relationships with beloved dishes. Taking place in Spring’s bright foliage-filled Salon, the talks will begin at 2pm and include a light afternoon tea and selection of house-made cordials and soft drinks. Expect the authors to read from their bestselling books, mouthwatering gastronomic discussion and Q&A sessions.
