Head to Launceston Place on Wednesday March 14th and celebrate National Butchers’ Week (March 12th – 18th) with a one-off six-course dinner cooked by six stellar chefs. Head Chef Ben Murphy, a protégé of Pierre Koffmann, will be cooking up a storm with the likes of Anna Hansen of Modern Pantry fame, and Blacklock’s Mirek Dawid. Teaming up with artisanal butchers The Ginger Pig, each chef will cook an unusual cut of rare breed meat – from pig’s cheeks to lamb neck end chops.
