The raw fish is marinated in something delicious, but unlike Ceviche hasn’t been cured in lemon or lime. The dish comes from Hawaii and was traditionally a snack that the island’s fishermen used to make for themselves – it’s alright for some. This tastes wonderfully fresh, full of umami flavours and beautifully presented.
