Flat Iron Square is not short of places where you can grab a quick bite, but they are of varying quality.
Baz & Fred’s pizzas on the other hand are solid. It’s hard to nail the perfect pizza, but B&F are extremely close. Using the Chadwick Ovens (read: pizza space pods), invented by Baz’s Godfather, the pizzas that emerge are thin, but not too thin, doughy, but not too doughy and packed with a flavour. It’s always a relief when places don’t scrimp on toppings and we’re pleased to say B&F clearly think the same. We tried the Napoli Salami/Pesto, the Goats Cheese/Caramelised Onion and the Prosciutto/Mushroom pizzas, each one as delicious as the other.
