On the corner of  Greek and Compton Street you’ll find Bun House, a throwback to a 60’s Hong Kong cafe, serving steamed buns that taste just as good as they are #instagrammable. Different from the swathe of Tawainse Bao’s you’ll find served across London, Bun House dishes up the Chinese Bao – served closed and sealed rather than open. This makes for a great grab and go lunch, avoiding unwarranted spillages on your #ootd. Their signature Pig Bun, filled with char siu barbecued pork belly, is a must. And for those with a taste for sweet, the custard bun with salted duck egg, coconut milk and carrot juice bun is the thing to order. With a selection of fish, lamb, chicken and veg buns, six variations of jarred pickles and side dishes to choose from, save the grab and go lunch, sit in and try out the rest of the menu. Neither you, or your Instagram followers, will be disappointed.
