Canova Hall, a distillery, cocktail bar, wood fired pizza place, really does have it all. During the day, the seated booths lined against the exterior glass wall are the perfect setting to enjoy working alfresco; with bottomless coffee, super fast wifi and weekly or monthly passes on offer for those grown tired of their usual four walls. Outside of school hours, the bottomless coffee transforms into brunch with a two hour £20 all-in Italiana menu, serving mimosas, rum and fizz. To make sure all that midmorning booze doesn’t write-off the rest of your day, the usual avocado on toast is served with nut dukkah – an Egyptian spice rub. For something more substantial, a twelve hour beef rage or red and white pizzas from the exposed kitchen does the job just fine. Closer to the midnight hour and the oval bar, sat in the middle of the open plan space, serves beer stout and sour ales or classic cocktails. For those planning on going the whole hog, a selection of absinthe or sharing punch bowl are fine fuel any good night out.
