This luxe Fitrovia all-day café is a ‘want one of everything’ dining room celebrating the delicious dishes and flavours of the Pacific. Think lotus root, mooli and yuzu. Fabulously light and airy, all white-washed, high ceilings, and chandeliers, Dickie Fitz is Australian-born Executive Chef Matt Robinson’s homage to the sunny-state; the warming chorizo and butterbean ragù to the light smoked salmon with dukkah and hollandaise are very zealous nods to the bright clean cooking of Sydney and LA. Both sophisticated and contemporary in its approach to food and décor, a weekend visit will leave you feeling worldly, wondrous and – very – well-fed.
