Over at East London’s newest grill, ex Hawksmoor Head Chef, Richard Sandiford, joined by alum Richard James, is serving up the juiciest cuts for winter diners. Tonight, we slice through 400 grams of Sirloin, cooked to medium rare, drizzle on some bone marrow gravy and wash it down with a Le Coup D’etat or two – because the cocktails are not to be missed.
