How Much?

Hanger steak, sometimes dubbed Butcher’s Cut because it was traditionally kept by butchers for themselves rather than offered out for sale, is a safe bet. Tender as can be, this cut is a crowd pleaser – and so is Hanger sw6. The steaks start from £10 and come medium-rare, and just as tender as you’d expect. Sides are triple cooked fries and charred market vegetables, with a promise of additions based on season.
The downstairs liquor bar serves up solid old fashioneds, and the recently introduced weekend brunch menu has steak and eggs on it. Bring in the crowds.
