Nestled amongst the record shops of d’Arblay Street lies La Copita, a rather inviting eatery specialising in Spanish tapas. It’s the sort of place you’d be hard pressed not to find something you like. The menu changes by the day and can often be based on seasonal produce. Of note, the pig cheek with chocolate and hazelnut is a sure fire winner and demonstrates perfectly the flair of this little place. The ajo blanco, an interesting almond milk dip makes for interesting eating, so too the smoked haddock, curly kale and egg yolk. With a keen eye for detail, La Copita is hard to beat for a bite to eat should you find yourself in central London. / Firas Waez
