Over on Broadway, Tom Hunt is creating sustainable food with conviction at Poco. Exploring the tastes of Spain and Latin America, his small plates of seasonal tapas champion produce sourced from nearby suppliers. The organic food mainly from community projects and artisan producer creates flavours that are original and delicious. From food to design, this ethical ethos is also reflected in the LED lights and reclaimed timbers.
