How much?

Princi – a gorgeous Italian boutique bakery. Yes a boutique bakery! A little bit lovely, I know. An endless array of freshly baked pizzas, focaccia breads, pastries and absurdly good desserts make this a carboholic’s heaven. Gregg’s it is not. The setting is a simple-yet-chic canteen-style eaterie with an odd, but strangely sweet water feature lining one wall. Not so much ‘Zen’…more ‘OK then…’ It’s always bustling with a mixed crowd of fashionistas, oddballs, GSOH-stricken city types, and the occasional celeb. Expect to fight for somewhere to sit, however it is well worth it, particularly if you snag the window seat – as I do. Every time. (I have the bruises to prove it) Perfectly positioned on Wardour Street, it is the ideal place to linger over a very well made latte and obscenely indulgent tiramisu while partaking in the best pastime ever: people-watching. / Rosa Watson
