To tail off London Cocktail Week, BlackTail NYC is swooping into Bloomsbury Club Bar for one night only, serving the drinks that earned them the title of ‘Best New Opening’ at the 2017 World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’. Cocktail aficionados Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry, pioneers of the award-winning Dead Rabbit, set up BlackTail in 2016, in the spirit of the US Prohibition bars in Havana. Famed for their innovative Highballs, Punches, Sours, Old-Fashioneds and classic cocktails, we’ve got our sights set on the Alexander: a blend of sherry, Crème de Banana Giffard, Mandarine Napoleon, dry Curacao, El Dorado and Chocolate Mole. What better way to sample a slice of the Big Apple’s nightlife, without the jet lag and extortionate plane ticket?
