London Farmers Markets is reviving Islington’s dairy heritage for two consecutive Sundays,  so gouda-head and block the dates in your diary as this will be e-dam good one; we will attempt to rein in the cheese puns, but they’re just so grate. Local and regional cheese makers and mongers such as La Fromagerie and Blackwoods Cheese will be offering the undisputed king of dairy in all its glorious shapes and forms. For those who cannot wait to bite into a bit of brie right there and then the Raclette Brothers, Cheese Truck, Mac to the Future and more will be there to help. Score a sample bottle of Black Cow, the world’s first pure cow’s milk vodka, or head to The Joker Pub to taste the cocktail results and rest assured, vodka has never gone down so smoothly. Try your hand at butter making or perfect you cheeseboard skills but don’t miss out on the Wildes Cheese raffle for the chance of winning a cheese tower; we never knew we needed one, but we sure want one now.
