This weekend is all about getting hands-on with Chinese food as Lee Kum Kee partners with School of Wok for the Chinese Food Festival. During this year’s three-day extravaganza Potters Fields Park will turn into the UK’s primary hub for Chinese cuisine featuring masterclasses, food stalls and a tasting discovery journey. The masterclasses come courtesy of Jeremy Pang’s award-winning School of Wok, hosting 45-minute sessions over the course of the weekend. It is the perfect opportunity for some 100 lucky enthusiasts to grapple with the repertoire of Chinese cooking and to master the making of Dumplings and Sichuan Chicken. For those not interested in cooking so much as eating, authentic dishes are being served up from the over 20 food stalls including Chongqing Noodles Bun House, Taiwanese Fried Chicken, Henan and Sheng Jian Bao. We recommend that you get your hands on some Chinese food one way or another, we know we sure will.
