Since its inception last year Hotel Elephant has brought together a collective of artist and creative enterprises in the railway arches near Walworth Road. This weekend, the not-for-profit workspace stays open to host its inaugural Christmas makers Market, featuring graduates of the Creative Enterprise Program. Expect resident artists and local talents to present stunning stationary, coasters, knitwear, prints, ceramics, jewellery and much more. Stay fuelled up for the ultimate Christmas-present shopping with tarts, pastries, coffee and sourdough toasties from the workspace’s Café & Bar or have a beer while you browse. Score some unique Christmas presents and support up-and-coming artists in the process; there’s no excuse to give the in-laws socks this year.
