Embrace your Lovebox hangover, because Wilderness festival creators have a new one-day festival in the urban jungle that is Victoria Park. Bombay Bicycle Club and Ben Howard headline a cracking line up which includes Kurt Vile And The Violators, Nick Mulvey, Neneh Cherry and Anna Calvi. And like any great festival, Citadel has way more to offer than the music. It’s a day of dining, arts and culture, with talks from Sunday Papers Live, a Comedy Tent from Underbelly, craft and fashion boutiques and even a sports day. And when you need to refuel, Richard Turner of Hawksmoor is cooking up his own Sunday Feasts. Citadel describes the event as ‘the day when the city comes together and takes a collective breath’.
