You might not have the time or funds to pop down to Saint Tropez this summer but you’re in luck – because a slice of French Rivera chic has landed at Searcys St Pancras Champagne Bar. Club 150′s summer residency is a French-English mash-up of authentic Gallic dishes and stellar drinks – for example, the aptly named Club 150 with Plymouth Gin, elderflower liqueur, Perrier-Jouët Champagne and basil. Available until 9 September, guests can dine big on native seafood platters, oyster beignets with Bloody Mary sauce and typical Provençal dishes like sardines and brandade available in Searcys Brasserie. For an injection of joie de vivre on Saturday nights, a DJ will be spinning a chilled summery soundtrack. Who needs a holiday when you can spend a night in the South of France, gin cocktail in hand, with a view of one of the most beautiful stations in Europe?
