Liquid nitrogen bars, breathable booze and potent puddings join classic and concept cocktails to create a journey through the wonderland of tantalising tipples. This edition of the famed event boasts an international floor, with World’s Best Bars awarded Little Red Door (Paris) and Door 74 (Amsterdam) joining London cocktail heavyweights to vie for your attention. Expect tastings, interactive demonstrations and master classes. Whisky and chocolate pairing anyone?
