To celebrate World Vegan Day on 1st November plus thirty days dedicated to all things animal-free, head over to Foxlow – usually known for meat-centric dishes – and tuck into their plant-based menu. Old faves from last year’s herbivorous offering will be available, including spice-roasted cauliflower with chickpeas, wilted spinach and curried aubergine sauce, alongside new creations of maple-glazed roast sweet potato with quinoa and grilled avocado and Chardonnay baked golden beets with pickled watermelon radish and toasted almonds. The added bonus? The two new dishes will both remain beyond the end of the month.
