The starter is a stunning celebration of charred artichokes, and the main is an elevated Christmas dinner staple, think three-bird roast with crispy chicken skin or a densely packed mushroom and stuffing Wellington, both served with a rosti of your dreams and parsnip purée so smooth it’ll slip and slide its way into your little grinch heart. Finishing off your culinary journey to the North Pole is a delightfully light poached pear and salted caramel ice cream dessert that comes with vanilla snow, cute huh?
