Shuttlecock inc. are back and this time, the pop-up is going permanent. London’s finest nomadic connoisseurs have finally found a fixed abode. Their new venture, Carousel will host an ever-revolving (see what they did) parade of guest chefs from around the world. Each chef will create and curate their own pop-up restaurant within the space for a limited time before flying back to their respective corners of the world. Kicking off the global food fair is Javier Rodriguez of El Papagayo in Cordoba, Argentina. He will be setting up residency until the end of August laying on a heart stopping five-course feast for his guests.
