Libreria is once again propping up your weekend plans with a two-day vinyl emporium curated by NTS DJ Jon Rust with a practical synthesiser workshop from FKA Twigs collaborator Cy An. Rummage through and pick from a gold mine of rare vinyl, including stacks of specially selected disco, funk, Detroit house, UKG and other gems, made available from the private collections of singer-songwriter Andrew Ashong and DJ Jon Rust. But that is far from all – FKA Twigs collaborator Cy An will be settling in downstairs to give practical workshops with the aim of demystifying the use of synthesisers in making music. Never touched a synthesiser? Fear not – because day one is customised for beginners, while day two focuses on a more advanced programme, including hands-on experience using a hardware and software to weave and compose soundscapes (book tickets here).
