Fancy sampling some turkey in a less traditional way than sliced with roasters and gravy or stuffed in a festive sarnie? Head to any of the four Yard Sale joints this December and into the first week of 2019 and chow down on their seasonal special. Created in collaboration with acclaimed musician musician Loyle Carner and inspired by his cooking school for teenagers with ADHD, the pizzeria’s signature double-fermented base and house tomato sauce will be topped turkey chilli, mozzarella, and teardrop peppers; there’s a Quorn version for non-meat eaters. To garnish? Cheddar, lime, a smattering of coriander and a drizzle of sour cream. What’s more, £1 from each ‘Christmas Con Carner’ sold and £3 from every limited edition t-shirt will be donated to help fund more kids attend the classes. Enjoy a top-notch slice and do some good at the same time.
