The acclaimed French-British two-star Michelin chef will be celebrating the release his latest publication – The French Revolution – on Thursday 22nd with a lunch at Caractère, his daughter Emily’s restaurant in Notting Hill. The cookbook includes classic dishes from his Continental upbringing – with a modern outlook. Diners will get the opportunity to meet the pair at the event whilst sampling a main course from the book: haricot de mouton (lamb with haricot beans); plus baked apple for dessert, on the menu at the W11 eatery. Yum.
