Jump inside the minds of the world’s most interesting thinkers, creatives and artists at the Royal Academy’s 10-day celebration of culture. The RA’s brand-spanking new campus will play host to big names from across the spheres of art, architecture, film, theatre, literature, design, dance and music as they engage in open discussion and debate. From hearing how Gilbert and George talk through their collaborative partnership to David Bailey on his 60-year career to Judith Kerr on how her escape from Nazi Germany has shaped her work. Other bright lights on the programme include Goldie, Es Devlin, Yinka Shonibare, Akram Khan, Viv Albertine, Bob and Roberta Smith, Ben Okri and Lauren Child. Running throughout the day and into the evening, with Friday and Saturday evening DJ sets from the likes of Hannah Faith and Joshua James, this is one hell of a line-up. Book a ticket and prepare to get a lift for your left brain.
