I love pork & I love puns. You won’t get boar-ed of either at Wiggies, a new pop-up in the Rising Sun by St. Pauls. Downstairs, Wiggies provides fine swine bar snacks including spiced crispy pork scratchings, or the Pig Mac, a deliciously layered pulled pork sandwich. Trott upstairs to the relaxed restaurant where Head Chef Flora Hileary’s Indian influenced British menu offers quail scotch eggs, pepper crusted pork loin, and Keralan pulled pork with spiced lentils. There are other delicious items made of green things or chocolate or whatever but this is really a place for pork lovers. For lunch, try the two-course menu for just £12; dinner will come in at approx. £6 for starters and mains around £11 – you will be as happy as a pig is shh…
