Do one thing and do it well; that seems like a sure-fire way of nailing your art and making damn sure you do it to the best of your abilities. These guys do exactly that, naan bread, made in a kiln and then sold for next to nothing. Although they’re called naans they’re perhaps technically flatbreads and can be used for everything from your mixed mezze dips to your Saturday night curry; Bakhtiar’s Naan can even work as a base for your home-made pizza nights. Turkish owned and run, they do actually do a few variations of their core product such as a garlic and cheese bread, but it’s still bread all the way.
