Well Laki Kane want to give you the cocktaily goodness, minus the sugar overload. Using only ripened fruits and hand-made raw cane sugar syrups, their drinks are sweet without the threat of sudden onset diabetes. The food is equally exotic – think charred papaya salad, oysters and other ocean jewels, even a vegan starfish dish. And if all of the above hasn’t got you feeling intrigued, Laki Kane will be playing host to spiced dry rum making masterclasses – and you can leave with a bottle of rum never to ever be replicated. With a micro-distillery on site, and a call for service button, this is a Tiki Bar with a difference.
